These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rollout's field service management platform and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access data belonging to other companies, interfere with normal operation, or use the Services to violate applicable laws.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Rollout. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Services on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.

Billing

Paid plans and pricing shown on the Services are previews until billing is enabled. When billing is active, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but provide them on an “as is” basis. We may update features and these Terms over time; material changes will be communicated through the Services.
